Remote Identity Management Maintenance and Support (HyperX RIMMSTM):

Minor modifications of an IDM Driver are common. Customers regularly request new functionality, changes in existing behavior, or troubleshooting. RIMMS allows us to serve your needs remotely for these unscheduled, non-priority, non-deadline items for 25% off of our regular rate.

System Maintenance Contract: We go beyond the "Install and Abandon" mentality of some competitors. For a retainer fee, HyperX will ensure that your system stays in compliance with the latest E-Directory patches and licensed versions of your installed product. We'll also provide quarterly reports demonstrating that your system is performing to expectations, and make recommendations for future upgrades/maintenance.
